Stargazing Weekend
2 night break
Arrive Friday, enjoy dinner before a tour of the universe begins at 10 pm.
Join The Astronomy Centre representatives on the terrace at 10 pm for star gazing - telescopes are provided.
Hot drinks will be provided during and following the tour. Please wrap up warm!
Saturday - After a hearty breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Meet back at the hotel at 3pm (time to be confirmed) for a slide show/presentation. Content will be decided dependant on guest requirements.
Afternoon tea and cakes provided. Enjoy an early dinner before setting off to discover the dark skies for yourself. We will provide maps of the Galloway Forest - and guide you to the best places for more stargazing.
Snacks and hot drinks will be provided whilst you are out, and also on your return. (Transport may be provided dependent on number of stargazers)
Sunday - Breakfast and Home!
